Our candidates who make up the circle of management talents have been carefully screened prior to their admission to the circle.

Confidentiality

The Female Factor GmbH will not disclose potential candidates to clients unless the individual candidate has agreed to it. All files are safely stored and only accessible by The Female Factor GmbH.

 

Terms & Conditions

Professional Fee

Should a candidate be hired within a period of 24 months after introduction a completion fee of 35% of estimated annual cash compensation will become due. There will be no additional charges other than candidates’ travel expenses.

The above mentioned completion fee will also apply if candidates are introduced by The Female Factor GmbH at events jointly organized by the client and The Female Factor GmbH.

The professional fee for non-executive board placements will equal one year’s compensation.

No-Touch Policy

Once a candidate has been placed she will remain 'no touch' as long as she stays with the client.

No Exclusiveness

We consider ourselves to be matchmakers in the best possible sense, i.e. candidates might get introductions to a number of potential employers at the same time.

Place of Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
